1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of TBRLIFE.COM (“Website”) and participation in the TBRLIFE Independent Sales Agent Program (“ISA Program”). By applying as an Independent Sales Agent (“ISA”), accessing training materials, or conducting sales activities through this Website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

To become an ISA, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Reside in a region where TBRLIFE is authorized to operate

• Submit accurate application information

• Pass identity verification if required

The Company may approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.

3. Independent Contractor Status

​

All ISAs operate as independent contractors, not employees, partners, franchisees, or legal representatives of TBRLIFE. Nothing in these Terms creates an employer‑employee relationship.

ISAs are responsible for:

• Their own business decisions

• Their own taxes and filings

• Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Truthful and ethical sales practices

4. Zero Investment Requirement

​

TBRLIFE does not require:

• Inventory purchases

• Starter kits

• Monthly minimum orders

• Paid membership fees

​

ISAs may voluntarily purchase products for personal use, but such purchases are not required for participation or commission eligibility.

5. Sales Activities & Responsibilities

​

5.1 Authorized Activities

​

ISAs may:

• Introduce and promote TBRLIFE products

• Support customers with product information

• Submit customer orders through approved channels

• Build a network of customers and potential agents

​

5.2 Prohibited Activities

​

ISAs may not:

• Make medical, therapeutic, or unapproved product claims

• Misrepresent potential income or business opportunity

• Engage in deceptive, misleading, or aggressive sales tactics

• Sell products through unauthorized online marketplaces

• Use TBRLIFE branding without permission

• Collect customer payments outside approved systems

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

6. Commissions & Compensation

​

6.1 Commission Structure

​

ISAs earn commissions based on verified product sales. Commission rates, bonuses, and qualification rules are defined in the official ISA Compensation Guide.

6.2 Payment Schedule

 

Commissions are paid according to the Company’s payout calendar. The Company may adjust payout dates due to banking or operational requirements.

6.3 Chargebacks & Adjustments

 

If an order is:

• Returned

• Refunded

• Fraudulent

• Canceled

 

The corresponding commission may be reversed or deducted from future payouts.

7. Customer Orders & Fulfillment

 

All customer orders are processed and shipped directly from TBRLIFE’s fulfillment center. ISAs do not handle inventory and do not ship products.

 

ISAs must ensure:

• Customer information is accurate

• Orders are submitted through approved systems

• Customers receive correct product and policy information

 

8. Training & Compliance

 

TBRLIFE provides training materials, guidelines, and compliance resources. ISAs agree to:

• Complete required training

• Follow all FTC Direct Selling rules

• Follow all Company policies, updates, and instructions

Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.

9. Intellectual Property

​

All content on TBRLIFE.COM—including logos, product descriptions, training materials, and marketing assets—is owned by TBR Total Body Recovery, LLC. ISAs may use approved materials only for authorized sales activities. Unauthorized reproduction or modification is prohibited.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

 

ISAs must protect customer data and follow all applicable privacy laws. Use of the Website is also governed by the TBRLIFE Privacy Policy. ISAs may not store, sell, or misuse customer information.

11. Termination

 

The Company may suspend or terminate an ISA for:

• Policy violations

• Fraudulent activity

• Misrepresentation

• Harmful conduct

• Failure to meet compliance requirements

 

ISAs may voluntarily terminate participation at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

 

TBRLIFE is not liable for:

• ISA business expenses

• Loss of income or business opportunities

• Damages resulting from ISA misconduct

• Technical issues or service interruptions

 

The Website and ISA Program are provided “as is” without warranties.

13. Modification of Terms

 

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

 

14. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
